on the occasion of VD’s birthday today and related concept poster has been unveiled. The draught-hit landscape with a warrior’s statue in the just of it and the caption “The Legend of cursed land” are the mainstays of the poster. The timeline is 1854-78 and it tracks the story of a short-lived hero in the period.

The pan Indian project is set in the 19th century and it is based on untold real historical events that have a strong emotional core. The project is to be mounted on a lavish scale by Mythri Movie Makers who earlier made Successful films like Dear Comrade and Kushi with Vijay. They’re hoping to make a hattrick of hits with him. This is also the second collaboration of Vijay and Rahul after the blocbuster hit Taxiwaala.
