The epic science fiction film "Kalki 2898 AD," starring Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, is written and directed by Nag Ashwin. It is produced by C. Ashwini Dutt and Swapna Dutt under the banner of Vyjayanthi Movies.

"Kalki 2898 AD" embarks on a journey spanning millennia, from the epic events of the Mahabharata in 3101 BCE to the distant year of 2898 AD.

The first glimpse of the movie was unveiled at the 2023 San Diego Comic-Con, and the clip received a thumping response across the globe.

Deepika Padukone is the leading lady opposite Prabhas in this larger-than-life, mythology-inspired sci-fi spectacular, which also features Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan in crucial roles.

Prabhas and Disha Patani, along with the team, travelled to Italy for the song shoot.

The film is ambitiously mounted by Aswani Dutt under the banner of Vyjayanthi Movies.

"Kalki 2898 AD" will be released worldwide in theaters on May 9th, 2024.
